EdenPURE Factory Outlet Stores guarantees that the product identified below will perform as described in its manual when used residentially under normal and reasonable conditions for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase. EdenPURE Factory Outlet Stores—acting on its own behalf and outside of the warranty details of the manufacturer—will repair or replace any unit found to be defective with another unit of equal or greater value for a period not to exceed five (5) years from the date of purchase. In order for service to be performed through the above-stated guarantee, this certificate, which identifies the product and the date of purchase, must be presented when the request for service is made. Additionally, this guarantee entitles the original purchaser to five (5) free annual preventive services of the product at a local EdenPURE Factory Outlet Store. Said services must be completed within ninety (90) days of each anniversary of the purchase of the product for this performance guarantee to remain in force for the subsequent one (1) year period. If warranty service is sought during the active term of the manufacturer’s warranty, EdenPURE Factory Outlet Stores may, at its option, elect to service the product under the manufacturer’s warranty. This guarantee is a benefit for EdenPURE Factory Outlet Store customers and is not, to the best knowledge of EdenPURE Factory Outlet Stores, currently offered or honored by other dealers, distributors, or manufacturers. EdenPURE Factory Outlet Store customers must contact an EdenPURE Factory Outlet Store to arrange service under this Extended Performance Guarantee. All warranty requests during the manufacturer’s warranty period are subject to Resource Partners’ warranty approval process. EdenPURE representatives working outside of the manufacturer warranty claim process assume full responsibility of the service outcome. Resource Partners and the EdenPURE Company assume responsibility for servicing defective units for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. Additional services and/or warranty extensions offered by individual EdenPURE dealers are offered solely by those dealers and will not be honored by Resource Partners or the EdenPURE company. The stated warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using the product as recommended by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover loss or theft, normal wear items such as damage to cords, switches, or normal wear items such as heating elements nor does the coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage conditions, lightning, or natural disasters.

Should the product(s) fail your sole recourse shall be to repair or replace it as described in the preceding paragraphs. The EdenPURE Factory Outlet Stores will not be held liable to you or any other third party for any damages that result from the failure of this product. Damages excluded include but are limited to: lost profits, lost savings, lost data, damage to other equipment, and incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this product. In no event will EdenPURE Factory Outlet Stores be liable for more than amount of your purchase price, not to exceed the current list price of the product excluding tax, shipping. EdenPURE Factory Outlet Stores disclaims any other warranties, express or implied unless otherwise stated as in this extended warranty or as in the copy of the product owner’s manual.
