- Most of our products are covered for parts and labor under warranty through the manufacturer in case of manufacturer defect . The EdenPURE® GEN3 Quartz Infrared Portable Heater, Signature and Personal Heater have a 3-year Manufacturer’s Warranty. The EdenPURE® GEN4 and US1000 Heater have a 5-year Manufacturer’s Warranty. Please read our product pages carefully to find out how long your products warranty is. If you require service on a product purchased through our website we will be happy to help you resolve the issue as quicly as possible. If you have a product that requires service but you are not sure where it was purchased, please refer to your receipt, or the shipping label on your original box to find out who to contact for a warranty repair.
